Pamela Manning, CYC-P is a Certified Master Registered Trainer with the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System (TECPDS) and is a certified American Red Cross Instructor.  She respectfully desires to gain the trust and loyalty from those whom she serves and is most honored by the opportunity to do so.

 

She loves doing business from her home, she purposefully calls the “village,” where she is the mighty woman of prayer, master homemaker, head cultivator, lover of essential oils, chief nurturer of a dozen children of other mothers into beautiful, confident little humans.  And, in her spare time, she journeys across Texas seeking those who desire to capture learning at a new level in the child care world.  Her passion is dynamic living for the wholeness of body, mind, and spirit.

 

Pamela designs and presents her training with the overall operation of a well-balanced child care program in mind.  She uses the combination of her 25+ years experience, in both the child care facility and the licensed home, along with the professional development she attains, to create quality, over-the-top training opportunities that engage her audience and provide them with creative approaches to meeting the Minimum Standards of Childcare Licensing while developing new concepts that will enhance their own personal child care programs.

 

She believes the best learning experiences come when a variety of learning opportunities are combined with a diverse group of humans whom all have a common thread of expanding their horizons to overcome the obstacles of status quo.

 

Pamela honors those individuals who choose to make a child’s life more meaningful by the relationships built at an early age.  She recognizes the importance of the childcare career and gives the technical and educational support that gets desired results.  After all, your most important job IS the children and she seeks to help you keep it that way!

 

She offers quality training in, both face-to-face and self-study, in the form of workshops, on-site at the facility, and one-on-one for all employees of Centers and Licensed/Registered Home-based Childcare Programs.  She is certified to teach in all areas of the Texas Core Competencies for Early Childhood Practitioners and Administrators.
